Karitas Academy is the online learning section of Bondoza.com, created primarily for students in Burundi. Our first course focuses on beginner English, with Kirundi explanations to support learners who are just starting.

Lessons focus on useful words and everyday situations. Short reading sections, practice activities and quizzes help you build your skills step by step.
Built for learning on a phone
Simple pages and text-first lessons help you study on a small screen. Optional media can be played when your connection allows. You do not need to install a separate learning app.
Our teaching
The academy founder will teach the first English lessons. Additional teachers and courses may be added as the academy grows. Karitas Academy is fully online, with no physical classroom at launch.
