Information and editorial content
Bondoza publishes news, explanations, commentary, opportunities and profiles for general information. Information can change. Verify important details with the original source before making financial, legal, employment or other significant decisions. Coverage of a person, organization or project is not a guarantee, endorsement or investment recommendation.
Karitas Academy accounts
Karitas Academy provides learner accounts for course access and saved progress. It is intended for learners aged 13 and older. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not share access to paid courses, access another learner’s account or interfere with learning records. Learners under 18 must meet any parental or guardian permission requirements that apply to them.
Courses support learning. Participation, quiz scores or course completion do not guarantee fluency, employment, admission or an accredited qualification. Any certificate or paid-course terms will be described specifically when offered.
Intellectual property and content reuse
Bondoza articles, lessons, audio, photographs, logos and other materials are owned by BONDOZA DIGITAL S.U.R.L. or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read our content and use course materials for personal learning. You may share links and brief attributed excerpts where permitted by law. Attribution alone does not authorize copying. Unless allowed by law or an express license, obtain permission before republishing substantial content, distributing course recordings, translating material for publication or using our branding commercially. Send permission requests to andikira@bondoza.com. Third-party material remains subject to its rights holder’s permissions.
Nominations and submitted materials
Submit information honestly and identify uncertainties. Provide only photographs, documents and other materials you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate a subject, submit confidential information without authority, or present unverified allegations as established facts.
By submitting material for a profile or public contribution, you permit Bondoza to review, verify and edit it, and to publish material clearly supplied for publication, with appropriate attribution and permissions. You retain any ownership rights you hold. This permission does not authorize publication of passwords, private contact details or confidential correspondence. Additional permission may be requested for particular uses.
A nomination does not guarantee selection or publication. Bondoza decides what to cover and may request sources, decline a submission, update a profile or remove material. A profile claim or correction request does not automatically transfer editorial control to the subject.
Comments and prohibited conduct
Do not post threats, harassment, hate speech, spam, unlawful material, misleading claims or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not attempt unauthorized access, manipulate learning records or disrupt the website. We may moderate submissions and restrict accounts or features to address abuse, security problems or breaches of these terms, subject to applicable law.
External services and availability
Third-party links and services, including Google and WhatsApp, have their own terms and privacy practices. Website and course features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. We will describe any specific access commitments for a paid offering before purchase.
Advertising and sponsored content
Paid advertisements, sponsored articles and promotional partnerships will be clearly labeled so readers can recognize commercial content. Sponsorship does not guarantee independent editorial coverage, selection for a Builder profile or favorable treatment. An advertisement is not a Bondoza guarantee of the advertiser’s claims or products. We disclose relevant commercial relationships where they affect how readers assess the content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BONDOZA DIGITAL S.U.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on general editorial information or third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or excuses fraud or intentional misconduct. Any limitation for paid courses must be read with the specific purchase terms and applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Burundi, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to the user. Please first contact andikira@bondoza.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled by the competent courts determined under applicable law. This clause does not impose arbitration or remove access to a legally required forum.
Paid course access
Before accepting payment for any Karitas offering, we will provide the total price, currency, payment method, access period, included content and support, cancellation and refund rules, and any renewal conditions. Do not assume that free access includes future paid offerings or lifetime access. The specific purchase terms must be presented before purchase and cannot remove mandatory legal rights. Payment, refund and access details must be approved before paid enrollment opens.
