Corrections Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Bondoza takes responsibility for the accuracy of its reporting, explainers and Who Is Building Burundi profiles. We review credible reports of errors and correct verified factual mistakes.

How to report an error

Email andikira@bondoza.com with the subject Correction request. Include the page link, the statement you believe is incorrect, your proposed correction and supporting evidence. You may also use an available profile correction form. Send only information needed for the review; do not include passwords or unnecessary private information.

How we review requests

We assess the evidence and may contact the requester, subject or relevant sources for clarification. We may seek a response to a significant disputed claim. A correction request does not automatically transfer editorial control to the requester or require removal of accurate reporting. We will explain the outcome when practicable.

Corrections and updates

We correct verified factual errors on the affected page. For a material correction, we add a dated note explaining what changed. Minor spelling, punctuation and formatting fixes may be made without a note. New developments are identified as updates rather than corrections of the original reporting. Where practicable, we correct material errors in related Bondoza social posts too.

Removal and privacy concerns

Requests involving privacy, safety, disputed attribution or removal are assessed individually, taking account of evidence, public interest and applicable law. Account deletion and editorial correction are separate processes. Privacy requests should also be sent to andikira@bondoza.com.
